1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PeptideTrackr (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. No Medical Advice

PeptideTrackr is a personal health tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. The App's AI Protocol Assistant and other features are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for consulting with qualified healthcare providers before making any health-related decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account and using the App.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Not use the App to facilitate illegal activities, including the purchase, sale, or distribution of controlled substances.

5. Vendor Purity Ratings

The vendor purity rating system is a community-driven feature where users can submit reviews and ratings. PeptideTrackr does not endorse, verify, or sell any products or services from vendors mentioned in user-generated content. Vendor ratings are personal opinions and should not be considered professional recommendations.

6. Subscription & Billing

PeptideTrackr offers both free and Premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed automatically through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in the App are owned by PeptideTrackr or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDETRACKR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptideTrackr and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
